There are some great ‘must have’ gadgets in the world, but when your ‘must have’ gadget gets its own ‘must have’ gadget you have to check it out.
Now I love my iPhone 3GS (you can take away every bit of tech I own but not my phone) and now that the chilly season is upon us it’s time to wrap up warm, which is great unless you want to change that tune or answer that email on the go because you’ll have to take your gloves off. Bummer! Because the touch screen on the iPhone requires an electical input from your finger it won’t work when you’re full togged, thus blue fingers prevail should you want to do GPS the location of your enemy during that obligatory snow ball fight. Well not any more.
Introducing the wonder that are E-Tip Gloves from the North Face. Fitted with pads on the thumb and index finger they basically carry the electrical chrage from your hands to the phone and voilà, touch screen gratification is restored, and your precious pinkies stay all cosy and warm. I had mine for about a month now and couldn’t do without them. They are sooo responsive. I actually found that typing was even easier when wearing them.
I got mine (thanks to my ever clever missus) from the Cotswold Store in Norwich for £22. Well worth a look for all you chilly willies out there!
